Bison Burger with Egmont Cheese

Recipe Ingredients

  1. 1 lb ground bison

  2. 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

  3. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  4. 4 - 1 oz pieces Mainland Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  5. 4 lettuce leaves

  6. 4 slices of tomato

  7. 4 slices of red onions


  1. Preheat grill on high.

  2. Mix ground bison meat with salt and pepper then form into 6 patties.

  3. Place burgers on grill over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. For the last minute add 1 slice of cheese on each.

  4. To layer on pretzel bun place lettuce, tomato, red onion, and top with juicy burger.
