  1. 2 slices wholegrain bread

  2. 2 Tbsp pineapple, diced

  3. 1/4 cup Mainland Egmont Cheese, grated

  4. 5 grams Anchor Butter


  1. Spread one side of a slice of the bread with butter.

  2. Add 1/4 cup of Mainland Egmont Grated Cheese.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of diced pineapple.

  4. Close the sandwich, lightly add butter to the outside of the top and bottom.

  5. Toast for 5-7mins until golden on top. Cut in half and serve.
